Terms and Conditions

In order to ensure the safety of our employees and yourself, we follow certain rules and we ask that you respect them. 

• We strive to be patient and understanding but if you and/or your child are physically unruly in such a manner that endangers the wellbeing of the swim instructor, we reserve the right to cease all instruction immediately.
• We have a zero tolerance policy for any sort of verbal abuse towards our instructors.
• We kindly ask that you inform our instructors at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel a lesson. We plan our days meticulously.
• Last minute cancellations are acceptable in cases of emergency, bad weather, etc. Just use common sense.
• If you are unhappy with the outcome or progress made during a lesson/series of lessons, please don't hesitate to speak to the instructor individually and we will do our best to reach a solution that is mutually satisfactory.
